If you’ve ever wanted to have a go at drumming in a relaxed, playful, joyous way, then the “Rhythm Jam Session” is for you!
Join Heather Seyhun & Vickie Giermann as they share with you a few easy rhythms, teaching you how to connect to the drum, connect to yourself, and to use the ‘drum jam’ experience as a meditation tool.
We’ll show you how to get into a drum jam however complicated, and we’ll teach you how to make drumming very simple, and lots of fun, creating space from your thoughts and allowing your creativity to flow!

There are great benefits to feeling connected to others, especially through creative outlets such as music.
