Have you always wanted to try yoga?
Perhaps it has been years since your last class?
Or maybe, you want to expand your personal practice?

Look at this four-week series as a refresher, an introduction; a class aimed to empower you and give you the confidence to unroll the mat at home, attend another class or simply learn more about this amazing practice.


Hannah guides an accessible 60 minute class, stopping where necessary to provide modifications and the key fundamentals about the most common yoga poses. 
You don’t need to be flexible or extremely fit but be prepared to be challenged! 


Things to know:

  • Spaces are limited
  • Bookings essential
  • Mats provided (but you’re welcome to bring your own)
  • Please consult your doctor before commencing physical exercise after injury
